Crew looking for Captains

 

 

 My name is Jamie Derzypolski I am a resident of Apollo Beach and a life long sailor. I would like to join TSS but at this time cannot afford the dues but would like to offer myself as crew for future races. My experience is with both 30ft+ monohulls and Hobie 16. The racing experience I have comes mainly from Hobie class. I am available on weekends and my work week schedule is flexible. I am Adrienne a 32 year young woman originally from good old San Fran and Hawaii. I would love to join a great racing team here in Tampa. I have experience on smaller boats (FJ's) and it has been a few years, but I will pick up crewing quickly and have no problems following orders on a "boat"! I just moved to the Tampa/Sarasota area, and came across your website. I’m looking to find a ride for the weekly races as well as the weekend regattas.  I’ve crewed mostly on J-30’s in Annapolis for the past 3-4 years sailing theWednesday night series’ races and weekend regattas.  Have experience with trimming spinnaker, jib, and working mast.

42 yr old novice sailor looking to crew for fun or regattas. Have crewed on a J/40 for the DIYC CC Regatta. I can work jib sheets well and have done some foredeck work as well as other deck work. I'm eager to learn more, take orders well and will make myself available for just about any event and any crew position. My brother in law, Gene, and I are 2 experienced cruising sailors looking to crew in the Gasparilla Regatta.

ME: 64,good to excel condition, sailing for 30 years, currently own and captain a 2006 Hanse 370e. Have owned everything from a 15' Albacore, O'Day 25, Pearson 33, to current boat.

GENE: 67, good to excellent condition, commercial fisherman (owns and runs his own fishing boat out of Santa Cruz, CA), has sailed 50 yrs including trans Pacific routes. Has sailed with me on all of the above boats

My girlfriend and I are a middle age, professional couple interested in day sailing and weekend cruises. She sailed off Massachusetts. I taught sailing in Minnesota. As a member of the Palm Beach Yacht Club, Florida, I crewed races, day sailed and used the club Capris on the intercostal. I cruised New Hampshire and Bimini.
